Women Empowerment
Since the older times, women have been treated as second rate citizens of all across the globe. Though they numerically constitute about half of the world population today but are still regarded secondary in both developed and developing countries. This situation has caused immense loss to their self dignity as human beings and also their independent entities.But we need to look upon them as, they left no stone unturned by proving themselves from Earth to Space.
During course of social development, the position of women changed. Yet even in ages of strict dominance of males , society has thrown up women caliber who could match ,even surpass the skills of men. They made great progress in various fields of life and gained significant achievement as teachers,doctors,scientists, soldiers and pilots and of course as politicians .
To achieve women empowerment ,they have to be educated to aware of their rights and privileges in a modern society. Besides, economic independence is a major factor which can contribute in empowering women.this is possible if every woman is educated.
It is must to protect their charity , modesty and dignity and ensure their dignified position in society. The task is not too difficult to achieve . The honesty and sincerely on part of those involved is a must. If lots of women change, definitely it will have positive impact on society.Secondly , it is duty of every citizen to protect women from various atrocities . This security would bring upon equality socially and emotionally between men &women.Women empowerment could be achieved by creating positive environment for her role within and outside the family.
